The film is meant to show the euphoric sense of new beginnings in modern town planning in Halle-Neustadt. It’s about the new way of living for the workers in the „Chemiearbeiterstadt“ Halle (Saale) with the modern socialist town planning. Moreover workshop discussions with architects and artists such as Richard Paulick and José Renau are shown.
